Everybody. Suitable for everyone at all stages of life. Men, women, children and adolescents.

Q: Do I need to be flexible?

No, beginners start with gentle stretches, which slowly develop flexibility.


Q: What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes.


Q: Anything else I should know?

Allow at least 1 hour after a snack or drink and 2-3 hours after a meal before practicing yoga.
