Classes include gentle warm up stretches, yoga postures with breath awareness, breathing techniques and relaxation/meditation.  Postures are presented in stages so students can progress at their own pace.  Students are shown how to modify and adapt postures to suit their particular needs.  The practice is gentle and slow to help promote inward awareness to re-connect with your inner peace.  Start where you are at now.
