Integral Yoga
Classes focus on postures practiced with breath awareness, breath control (pranayama), relaxation and meditation.  Gentle classes to promote inner awareness and develop inner peace.

Pranayama and Meditation
Covers Pranayama (control of vital energy through breathing) and various meditation techniques to relax and clear the mind to arrive at a state of inner silence.  For yogis seeking progression to the inner practices of yoga or for anyone who wish to improve breathing and concentration.

Chair Yoga

Is practiced whilst seated on a chair, for anyone who has mobility difficulties. Classes are available for community groups and organisations. Please enquire for more information.
