Yoga

Traditional yoga postures, breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation and meditation to calm and clear the mind in order to arrive at a state of inner silence. Develop flexibility, strength, inner awareness, correct breathing techniques, focus, concentration and sense of well-being.

Pranayama and Meditation

Pranayama (control of vital energy through breathing) and various meditation techniques to relax and clear the mind to arrive at a state of inner silence. For yogis seeking progression to the inner practices of yoga or for anyone who wish to improve breathing and concentration.

Chair Yoga

Is practiced whilst seated on a chair, for anyone who has mobility difficulties. Suited to seniors wanting to stay independent for as long as possible. Improves flexibility, mobility, strength and balance to assist with daily activities and to prevent falls. Classes are available for community groups and organisations.
