Take time out from the stress and demands of your busy life with a relaxing yet energizing class of yoga.

Yoga provides a sense of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Postures relax and tone muscles and massage internal organs. Breathing techniques slow and deepen breathing and regulate the flow of energy. Relaxation and meditation calm the mind and emotions.

These different yoga practices enhance each other and become more effective when done together. Practice of yoga can restore your natural balance and harmony, enabling healing to occur from within, bringing good health to all parts of your life - physical, mental and spiritual.

Yoga teaches us that happiness is within each of us and is self-revealing as we learn self-acceptance, humility and gratitude.

Come and try and see how good you feel afterwards.
